Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach and supervise associates while ensuring high standards in safety and food quality.

The role includes a structured leadership training program of 12+ weeks, with progression toward General Manager after successful completion of GO100 and evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe food safety certification preferred.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Open/close shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
