Job summary

Panda Express in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will hire, develop, and supervise associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• External hires start as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path, with training and progression toward GM.
