Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role starts with 12+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for advancement toward GM. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing leadership development, and opportunities for growth within Panda Restaurant

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and staffing.
• Hire, train, supervise and direct associates to meet financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Support leadership development and participate in Panda's training programs.
