Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Peoria, AZ seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store, drive financial results, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will hire, train, and mentor the team while guiding daily operations and compliance with food safety standards.

This role is designed as part of Panda's General Manager development path, with over 12 weeks of leadership training and progression upon graduation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and drive financial results.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead training and development through leadership program and evaluations.
• Prepare for promotion toward General Manager as part of development path.
