Panda Express in El Paso, TX is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead a single location, hire and develop a team, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will begin with hands-on leadership training and progress through Panda's General Manager development path, including the GO100 certification, with a clear pathway to GM. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Undergo a 12+ week store leadership training program and work toward GM development and GO100 certification.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path.
• Panda offers ongoing career development and opportunities for growth into management positions.
