Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to describe solutions and benefits to customers.
• Strategic and tactical management skills.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members and monitor results.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to Team Members.
• Schedule and assign Team Members to meet store requirements.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Protect merchandise by implementing security measures.
• Market and display merchandise to meet store standards; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Comply with all legal requirements and store policies.
• Maintain store operations by coordinating and enforcing procedures.
