Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced store leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and direct staff, and drive financial performance while delivering guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program and mentorship through our Panda community to support your success. Must be able to relocate within 50 miles and work flexible hours including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, guiding staff to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
