Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success. This role requires flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to deliver high-quality service and maintain store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program and ongoing mentorship.
