Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee a single Panda Express location, hire and lead associates, and drive financial results while delivering guest satisfaction.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and the ability to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide an 8+ week store leadership training program for success.
