Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage store staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentor team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control during all shifts.
