Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Nevada. You will hire, train, and supervise team members while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The company provides an eight-week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to support your career growth. A flexible schedule—including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays—supports work-life balance.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Mansioni

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store; hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and drive guest experience.
