Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and managing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to the team to maintain standards, guest service, food quality and safety, and continuous store improvement.
