The company offers an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and mentorship to support your growth. Flexibility is required to cover opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and ensure team readiness through the 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
