Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced store leaders to join our management team at our San Jose location. You will oversee all store operations, hire and coach staff, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package. This full-time role provides growth into higher management and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
• Oversee staffing, training and development; participate in leadership training programs.
