Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, drive financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and mentorship to support your success. The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, willingness to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe certified food safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
