A structured leadership training program lasting eight weeks will prepare you for success. You must be able to relocate within 50 miles, work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and standards.
• Oversee training and development, with an eight+ week leadership program.
