Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team members to uphold Panda Express standards and smooth store operations.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
