Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
