Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Woodbridge, Virginia. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, lead and develop associates, drive financial results, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a comprehensive leadership training program of 8+ weeks, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to store team to drive performance.
