Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in McLean, VA. You will lead a single store's operation, hire and manage associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee training and development for staff to ensure store success.
