Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You’ll hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Availability for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store with accountability for performance.
• Lead and participate in leadership training programs to ensure success.
