You will undergo an 8+ week leadership training program designed to set you up for success and career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Drive guest satisfaction and store performance through effective team leadership and operations management.
