You’ll hire and coach the team, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The company funds an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work opening and closing shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification: Serve Safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and guest experiences.
• Hire, coach, and supervise store associates to meet financial goals.
• Lead the 8+ weeks leadership training program for new managers.
