Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team toward strong sales and outstanding customer service. You will coach staff, recruit, train, and ensure operational excellence, from scheduling and POS operations to brand standards. The role emphasizes inclusivity, data-driven decisions, and achieving performance goals.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive growth and deliver an exceptional shopping experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-years’ experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

Lead store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
Recruit, hire, and train store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Create an engaged and inclusive store environment.
Execute store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.
Ensure schedule accuracy and proper staffing.
Holds regular store meetings and communicates company directives.
Lead the team to achieve a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
