Prime Communications, LP, the largest AT&T authorized retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple locations.

You will coach and develop Store Managers and Sales Consultants, oversee daily operations, merchandising, and compliance, and collaborate with district leadership on initiatives and product launches. Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualificações

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the AT&T brand.
