Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach, develop leaders, supervise merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance while promoting AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.

• Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
