Maplefields is seeking a Store Manager for the Johnson, VT location. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, develop staff, and drive sales while ensuring service excellence and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling and supervising staff.
• Recruit, hire, train and motivate team members.
• Develop people for Assistant Manager and Manager in Training.
• Manage inventory to maximize sales and reduce waste.
• Oversee cash balancing and accounting procedures.
• Improve profitability through staffing and expense control.
• Provide customer service excellence and store oversight.
• Ensure compliance with policies and merchandising standards.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals and training needs.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure 24/7 staffing readiness.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising.
