Bath & Body Works in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent customer experiences, and drive store growth. You will lead a frontline team, set performance expectations, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching talent, managing payroll targets, optimizing the customer journey, and upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a manager role, preferably retail.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture and lead by example.
• Effective coaching, communication, and adaptability to drive results.

Responsabilités

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
