Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manager role, preferably in retail.
• Proven experience delivering sales and exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to coach and develop associates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relations or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operations.
• Lead and sustain floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
