Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop associates, drive exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to growth across the store.

You will lead talent, set expectations, and ensure flawless execution of daily operations to support sales goals. As a store leader, you will coach teams, manage performance, and reinforce our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manager role, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a customer-focused selling culture.
• Willingness to work peak days and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute plans and improve results.
• Lead floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve selling and service.
