• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environments; car wash experience not required.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out; address concerns with a service-first mindset.
• Oversee daily operations, hourly scheduling, and task completion to meet site standards; troubleshoot equipment with Facilities/IT as needed.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching staff and optimizing customer interactions; oversee labor management and KPI tracking.
• Uphold company policies, enforce safety protocols, and assist GM with payroll operations.
