Duchess is seeking a Store Manager I at Polaris Parkway to oversee all aspects of store operations, staffing, inventory, and financial performance while building a high-performing team.

You’ll hire, train, and mentor staff, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, foster vendor and community relationships, and monitor KPIs to drive growth. This position emphasizes leadership, integrity, and community focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Natural coach who motivates teams and leads by example.
• Inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations skills.
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Values-driven: honesty, respect, and community-first mindset.
