You will partner with vendors and the local community to drive growth and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. A customer-first mindset is essential.

Formación

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership – A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example.
• Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
• Values-driven - Committed to honesty, respect, and creating a store that reflects our community-first mission
