Duchess is seeking a Store Manager who will lead all store operations, develop a high-performing team, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff. You will drive growth through KPI monitoring, vendor relations, and proactive leadership, upholding our honest, respectful, customer-first culture.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail or food-service management, a solid grasp of inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, and familiarity with POS systems and basic software.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership - A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example.
• Operational know-how - Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset - Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
