Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provides training for employees; conducts performance evaluations; identifies gaps for solutions or counseling.
• Makes recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates performance and safety expectations; coordinates meetings to reinforce policies.
• Manages opening/closing, ensuring staffing and operations.
• Evaluates store performance, sales trends, and inventory issues.
• Oversees ordering and stock targets; manages BSR and cycle counts.
• Maintains proper inventory, pricing, signage, and presentation.
• Maintains cash control and cashier accountability; ensures security practices.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and a clean, safe store environment.
