Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, managing payroll and staffing levels, and maintaining safe, welcoming shopping environments for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; management experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure store policies are followed.
• Experience with cash handling, POS and inventory control is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps.
• Set pay recommendations and advancement plans when applicable.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations to staff.
• Open/close the store as required; maintain daily operations.
• Analyze sales and inventory to identify trends and control costs.
• Manage stock levels and replenishment; review weekly orders.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and display standards.
• Ensure security, cash control and compliance with policies.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and a clean store.
