Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and address gaps up to termination.
• Ensure proper staffing and open/close the store as required.
• Manage inventory, ordering and replenishment to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure cash accountability.
