Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address gaps or terminations as needed.
• Set pay guidance and opportunities for advancement.
• Communicate performance expectations and uphold safety and policies.
• Open and close the store as required, maintain coverage.
• Review sales, profitability and shrink to identify trends and costs.
• Manage inventory targets and stock replenishment weekly.
• Ensure proper merchandising presentation and signage across aisles.
• Maintain accurate inventory and secure cash handling; uphold security.
