Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, train, and direct associates while delivering outstanding service and maintaining food safety standards. The role includes enrollment in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success, with mentorship and ongoing support from the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and participate in an eight+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
