POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the Southcenter store in Tukwila, WA. You will lead all aspects of the business, create exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational excellence.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage visual merchandising, inventory, and store performance, and promote POP MART's collectibles and artists. The role requires 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, and willingness to travel up to 10% to support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with cross-functional or international collaboration is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
