Job summary

Circle K in Pittsburgh is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, training initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service daily.

You will ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, and maintained to brand standards while leading a team to meet sales goals and safety requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong leadership, cash handling ability, basic computer/report skills, and open availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent + 1–2 years retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff across CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, inventory control and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including assistants and customer service staff.
• Recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedules employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocking, organization and presentation per company standards.
• Implements safety procedures and ensures posters/signs are properly placed.
