Job summary

Qualifications

• Food safety certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including assistants and CSR/LSR roles.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain store appearance, stocking, cleanliness and organization to company standards.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct check-ins and reviews.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit; manage cash and reports.
