Job summary

You will supervise 2+ full-time staff, recruit and train new employees, and manage daily operations to keep the store clean, stocked, and properly merchandised. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work the required hours and physical demands of a store manager role.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees (Assistant Manager/Lead CSR/CSR).
• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store needs.
• Maintain store image, cleanliness, stocking and pricing per Company standards.
• Promote a safe, positive image in the community and handle customer issues professionally.
