Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, staffing and policies. You will recruit and train staff, conduct evaluations, determine pay and advancement, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

You will personally open and close the store at least twice per week and drive performance through merchandising and customer service leadership. The role requires strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills, with prior retail management experience

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at certain store locations.
