Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and serve the community with enthusiasm and pride. You’ll drive sales, maintain store standards, and coach Team Members in Casey’s Way while managing schedules and budgets.

This role emphasizes guest service, inventory integrity, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay ranges from $54,000 to $64,700 annually, with quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or service setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 10–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members and coach them to grow.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular and peak times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, audits, counts, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
