Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company policies are followed and goals met.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets; manage staffing, trainings, and performance.
• Execute customer brand promises and shrink/safety programs.
• Set goals, communicate priorities, and manage budgets and workload.
• Staff hiring, training, coaching, and talent development across the team.
• Cross-train in framing and production as needed and act as MOD.
