Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and supervise associates, focus on achieving financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences each day.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship and ongoing development to support your growth into higher management roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and develop the team to ensure store success and operational excellence.
