Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise associates, hire, train, and monitor performance while promoting a culture of service excellence.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and opportunities for career growth within a large, national family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train staff through Panda's 8+ weeks leadership training program.
