Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per federal/state laws and policies.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address gaps including counseling/termination.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; organize meetings.
• Open/close the store as required; ensure proper staffing.
• Analyze operating statements for sales, profitability and turnover trends.
• Manage ordering to meet in-stock targets; review weekly plans and cycle counts.
• Staging, stocking, and storage of merchandise following company processes.
• Present merchandise according to standards and signage guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls; ensure security practices.
