Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff in a fast-paced store setting.
• Knowledge of cash handling, safety and loss prevention policies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counsel when needed.
• Open/close store duties regularly and manage daily operations.
